Specializing in program management, eLearning development, and curriculum design, she is recognized for her ability to translate vision into actionable objectives that enhance user engagement and experiences. Her impressive track record includes overseeing digital learning implementations, leading a learning experience platform, and managing educational projects for various learning and development initiatives.

Brittany's passion for DEI began during her early career as a Teach for America educator, where she actively fought against inequities in public education. This experience sparked a lifelong commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments. Motivated by a desire to leverage technology in education, Brittany earned a Master's degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Learning with Technology from the University of Georgia. Her dedication to learning persisted as she transitioned from classroom teaching to instructional design for adult learners. Currently, Brittany manages education projects for a risk management company, continuously applying her expertise to create impactful and equitable learning experiences. Her journey reflects a deep-seated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
