Kimberly V. Wynn is an enthusiastic, consensus building, strategic problem solving professional, with more than 18 years of direct human resources experience and expertise. She possesses a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and thrives in environments where her high level of attention to detail is both challenged and rewarded.
Kimberly has led teams and worked in various areas of human resources including, personnel management, career coaching, recruitment & selection, talent acquisition, employee relations & retention, policy creation & administration, and employment law.
Kimberly attributes her success in the field to her innate ability to make deep and meaningful connections with others--she’s never met a stranger! She prides herself in managing to enforce both federal and state policies, procedures, laws and best practices while simultaneously ensuring that the human in human resources is still the primary focus.
Kimberly holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, a Senior Certified Professional Certification from the Public Sector HR Association (PSHRA) and is a certified trainer for Development Dimensions International Behavioral Based Interviewing Training Program.
